Calculation of the process parameters for screw classifiers of the cement slurry
The article discusses an algorithm for calculation of process parameters and modes of operation for a screw classifier of the raw slurry for cement production. The effectiveness of slurry separation, the loss coefficient, the flow rates of the solid and liquid components of the slurry, the resistance of the sediment layer, the particulate compositions of the filtrate and the thick slurry are determined.
