Success factors in the implementation of modern technologies for personnel training at the cement industry companies (the results of the «BIRUZEM» project)

The article summarizes the "BIRUZEM" project, which aimed to create an effective system of specialized knowledge transfer based on modern educational technologies for training and skills improvement of the staff of the cement industry in Russia and CIS countries. The "BIRUZEM" project was initiated by the VDZ Research Institute in 2013 together with partners from Russia and Germany. As a result of a three-year intense and fruitful work an educational platform in Russian was created to help cement-producing companies to bring training of the personnel to the best world standards. The results of this work are illustrated with specific examples.
