Reliable gas analyzer to determine the composition of flue gases

This article describes the KilnLoq analyzer, developed by FLSmidth Gas Analysis Technology allowing to determine the composition of flue gases at
the outlet of the kiln. Its distinguishing feature is the patented One-Pipe design. The gas-intake probe with a single channel over the entire length has no
bends or angles where any matter could build up. A case study of KilnLoq being installed on the “cold end” of the kiln at OOO “Atakay-Cement” plant where the analyzer is working non-stop.
