Kiln shell cooling with controlled water evaporation

The article describes the system of controlled evaporative cooling of rotary kiln shells in the cement industry. Use of water-evaporation technology can significantly reduce operating costs of cooling the shells, extend the service life of the kiln between routine stoppages, increase the stability of the clinker production process.
