Modern developments in nanotechnology and nanoengineering of cement and concrete

This article reviews the state of the field of nanotechnology of cement and concrete. The impact of recent advances in instrumentation and design of advanced composite materials is discussed. Main directions, historical milestones and recent progress in nanoengineering and nanomodification of cement-based materials are presented.
