Ukrainian cement industry: operation results in nine months of 2016

In nine months of 2016 7,007 kt of cement and 4,838 kt of clinker were produced, or, respectively 7.8 % and 14.6 % more than in the same period for 2015. In September 2016 there were produced 2.8 % of cement and 1.0 % of clinker more than in September 2015. About 212 kt of cement were exported in nine months of 2015 (see a table below). About 372 kt of clinker (301 kt from Russia and 71 kt from Poland) and circa 31 kt of cement were imported.
