Increasing the energy efficiency of cement production with gas analysis systems

The article is devoted to gas analysis instrumentation in rotary kilns by ENOTEC GmbH, Germany. The description of plants and their advantages is offered. The examples of use of gas sampling and analysis systems by ENOTEC at production facilities are given. The experience of process optimization is discussed (particularly in connection with the new standards for NOx /NH3 emissions) following the installation of CEMTEC sampling system on one of German cement plants.
