Effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizers on the properties of plaster materials
Effect of polycarboxylate plasticizers (superplasticizers) from different vendors on the properties of plaster and gypsum stone was examined. It was found that these additives vary greatly in their plasticizing capacity, effect on setting time of the paste and the final strength of the gypsum stone. The effect of alkalizing agents (Portland cement and hydrated lime) on the properties of gypsum formulations with superplasticizers added was also studied. Some plasticizers made it possible to develop gypsum-based floorings that do not contain retardersAuthor: I.N. Medvedeva, A.S. Panfilov, D.M. Aleshunin, M.E. Voronkov |
