Chains and parts for industrial conveyors

Practice of HEKO Ketten GmbH (Germany) in the field of making chains and chain conveyors was considered. The technologies used by the company in manufacturing and quality control of the products are described. The core activity of HEKO is related to the production of mechanical equipment parts for transportation of loose materials: chains and elements of plate and tray conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper conveyors and stacking machines. One of recent HEKO's developement results is new central bucket elevator chains. The new design minimizes the risk of fatigue failures Many years of practice, modern production and laboratory equipment and extensive know-how of the company in manufacturing, mechanical and thermal processing of products allow the company to occupy a leading position in the world market.
