Mechanically activated cements with mineral additives based on raw materials of the Kola Peninsula
The results of studies of binding properties of mechanically activated compositions based on Portland cement (PC) and mineral additives are presented. Magnesium-ferriferous slag from the Pechenganickel Combine of OAO Kola Mining & Metallurgical Co., iron ore concentrate and tailings from OAO Olkon, nepheline and titanium magnetite concentrates from AO Apatit, baddeleyite concentrate from AO Kovdorsky GOK were used as mineral additives. The relationships between relative compressive strength of the compositions (PC + mineral additive) in medium and long terms of hardening and the content of mineral additive in them were found. The mechanism of the effect of additives on the strength of composite cements was described in comparison with additive-free PCAuthor: A.M. Kalinkin, B.I. Gurevich, E.V. Kalinkina, V.V. Tyukavkina |
