Making central cone even better.

The ways of increasing energy efficiency and safety of operation of central cone cement silos from IBAU HAMBURG (Germany) are considered. A new discharging technology with controlled pressure and flow rate of aeration transport air Gdischarge was tested at several plants. In the course of the tests, a 40% reduction in energy consumption by the silo discharge system and 40% faster loading operations for bulk cement shipment in trucks were achieved. Because of these results, IBAU HAMBURG plans to use this technology in all systems of storage and discharge of cement produced by the company.
