New technologies of air pollution control in the production of building materials.

Dust collection and gas cleaning units with filter elements of sintered polyethylene and ceramics, produced by Herding Filtertechnik GmbH, Germany, are described. The iInstallations are distinguished by reliability, long service life and high efficiency of gas cleaning. They can be used in various stages of cement production, as well as in other industries. Herding filters successfully work in many cement plants, including in post-Soviet countries.
