Ukrainian cement industry. Results of operations in the 1st half of 2018.

In H1 2018 4,092.0 kt of cement and 2,933.9 kt of clinker were produced by enterprizes — members of Ukrcement Association, which is 2.9 and 2.2% more than in H1 2017, respectively. In June 2018 cement output increased by 5.1% (to 1,045.5 kt) and clinker production – by 8.9% (to 688.1 kt). In H1 2018 the country exported 24.2 kt of clinker and 217.9 kt of cement; 204.8 kt of clinker and 225.2 kt of cement were imported.
