Comparison of cement production efficiency by wet, combined and dry methods at AO Sebryakovcement.

A brief history of the clinker production process at AO Sebryakovcement (previously OAO Sebryakovcement), one of the few plants that currently use three industrial methods of clinker burning at the same time. Technical solutions that made the transition from the "wet" technology to the combined and "dry" ones in the specific conditions of the enterprise’s resource base. Many years of experience in operation and modernization of equipment and modern solutions have allowed the plant to apply a unique technology for preparation and burning of the raw meal with a high initial moisture content of the main components without using a homogenizing silo, to significantly reduce the cost of modernization and unit costs of fuel.
