Choice of pneumatic conveying system.

The main characteristics of various pneumatic conveying systems used in the cement industry are presented. All of them, except for those with air slides, use the pressure difference at various points in the pipeline to move bulk materials. In some of them, the advantages of air slides and piping are combined and a higher energy efficiency is achieved than that of mechanical conveying systems. An example is the IBAU Fpipe system developed and marketed by IBAU HAMBURG.
