Chemical and phase analysis of cement production materials.

Analytical lab testing complexes for express multi-element chemical analysis and analysis of the phase composition of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products of cement manufacturing based on Zetium 1 kW wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and AERIS Cement Edition desktop X-ray diffractometer from Malvern Panalytical (Netherlands) are described. Analytical and metrological characteristics of the instruments are given.
