Reconstruction of the grinding shop with the existing cement ball mill replaced.

Czech MZP completed work on the replacement of a cement ball mill in a tight working space in the grinding shop at the Prachovice cement plant placed in Czech Republic. Due to lack of room, it was not possible to remove the existing mill assembly by any known method, and therefore it was cut into pieces. The parts of the new mill were brought to the shop, assembled at the site, installed in the desired positions, then the mill housing was welded and annealed, the crown gear ring and liner plates mounted and the mill commissioned.
