Russian cement industry in 2018.

The article analyzes the state of Russian cement industry in 2018. The cement output in this year amounted to
53.7 Mt was lower than the indicator of 2017 by 1.9%. New cement enterprises were mastering the operation of dry and combined processes. Over 2018 the share of these methods in cement production increased by 0.1 percentage points as compared with the indicator of 2017 and achieved 57.9%.
Main technical-and-economic indicators of the industry operation — production and consumption volumes, total imports and exports of cement, specific energy costs, structure of the fuel consumed, consumption of natural raw and anthropogenic materials, price movement and behavior of the costs related to the production and sales of cement enterprises products — are given.
