Experience of using solid biofuels at the Serebryansky cement plant.
The first three months of industrial operation of a solid biofuel burning unit at the Serebryansky cement plant are described. The biofuel is obtained after fermentation and drying of household sewage sludge. It is burned in the decarbonizer of the clinker kiln, partially replacing pulverized coal. The biofuel characteristics are stable, and there is no negative impact on the kiln operation and clinker quality.Author: S.S. Biryulin, N.N. Fomin |
