The CemCenter Obvodny company is among the largest cement traders in the North-West of Russia. In 2017, it turned 10 years old. In recent years, the company undertook a large-scale modernization, established contractual relations with new cement suppliers, and took part in the important project of non-stop concrete pouring of the slab raft foundation for the Lakhta Center skyscraper.
