Experience of using rigid dump trucks

The paper describes the main advantages of Cat 772 mining dump truck manufactured by Caterpillar®, OOO Zeppelin Rusland being its official dealer in the central, north-western and southern regions of Russian Federation. The main performance indicators of the dump truck in quarries of Russia are given; the Vital Information Management System (VIMS) module, designed for remote monitoring of the actual parameters of the equipment, is described. The dump truck makes it possible to minimize the cost of hauling the rock mass in the extraction of minerals.
