Carbon and sulfur analysis in the cement industry

Elemental analyzers from ELTRA (Germany), whose exclusive representative in Russia is OOO STS-M, make it possible to analyze sulfur and carbon content in cement, raw materials for its production and fuel. The sample is subjected to heat treatment, and its gaseous products are analyzed using infrared sensors. The ELTRA ELEMENTRAC CS i is equipped with an induction furnace, while the universal ELTRA ELEMENTRAC CS d analyzer is equipped with two furnaces of different systems. The advantages of the method used are high accuracy and speed of analysis, ease of sample preparation and determination of the amount of elements in the whole sample.
