In situ gas analysis as a control parameter in cement production

The importance of express gas analysis in the production of Portland cement clinker and in other applications is assessed. The main difficulties of organizing a continuous analysis of gases during clinker burning, grinding and storage of solid fuels, as well as the disadvantages of existing arrangements involving the sampling of process gases are considered. The main advantages of the products of ENOTEC (Germany) are demonstrated, designed to quickly obtain the values of the control parameters of various processes in the production of cement: concentrations of O2, CO, NOx, SO2 in flue gases and other media.
