Rheotechnical characteristics of raw cement slurry with thinners in the chain section of a rotary kiln
The results of studies of the rheotechnical characteristics of the raw cement slurry with a thinner in the chain zone of rotary kilns are presented. It is shown that the use of thinners changes the moisture content and rheological characteristics of the raw slurry during transportation and drying in the chain zone of a rotary kiln. The practice of using thinners in cement plants has shown a lower specific consumption of equivalent fuel by 7-8%.Author: L.D. Shakhova, A.V. Cherkasov |
