The market of dry building mortars in Russia: a rapid growth and its causes

In 2018 and 2019, the output of modified dry building mortars (DBM) in Russia increased by 4% (up to 9.6 Mt) and 5-6% (exceeding 10 Mt), respectively. The article considers three options for forecasting the DBM market trends in the next 3 years. The option where in 2020–2022 production and consumption of DBM will annually grow by 3-4% is estimated as the most probable.
