From virtuality to reality

The experience with a new version of the ROMIX® expert quality management system for raw meal from KHD Humboldt Wedag (KHD) (Germany) at the Pervomaisky plant (part of OAO Novoros-Cement managed by OOO Gazmetallproekt) is described. During the development, configuring and implementation of the control system, the virtual SIMULEX® production environment from KHD was used, which made it possible to achieve significant advantages for the customer and developer at all stages of its development, implementation and operation.
