Pulsating nozzle systems to combat buildup and overhang of bulk materials

Pneumotech pulsating nozzle systems manufactured by Pneumotech (Russia) can effectively eliminate the overhangs of hard-flowing lumpy and powdery materials in bins, hoppers and other process equipment installed at cement and other industries. The advantages of these systems include, in particular, low compressed air consumption, ease of maintenance, reliability and stability. The article describes the use of Pneumotech technology in two Russian cement plants.
