Slantsy cement plant CESLA celebrates 60th anniversary

HeidelbergCement's CESLA cement plant in Slantsy, Russia celebrates its 60th anniversary on December 30, 2020. Numerous investment projects are being implemented at the enterprise. This year CESLA became the first cement plant in Russia to organize a mobile concrete testing laboratory of its own, which provides customers with on-site technical support.
