New generation cylindrical gear reducers for cement equipment
The article describes trends in technical improvement of multistage cylindrical reducers used in drives in the cement and other heavy industries. An interactive method for optimizing geometric parameters of such reducers is proposed. Increasing teeth hardness requires an increase of the module and helix angle of the teeth, limitation of gear ratios, and to reduce the difference in center distances of adjacent stages. Reducer of the new generation with carburized and ground teeth provides a 2.5-3 times increase in load capacity. The article describes the design and technical specifications of TsZ-770 — the reducer for the main drive of a ∅ 4.8 × 72 m rotary kiln.Author: E.V. Dzampaev, S.A. Lagutin, D.A. Maenkov |
