About aligning and technical maintenance of rotary kilns

Accelerated wear of retaining rings can be determined by different mechanical factors and depends on kiln, support rollers and retaining rings axes aligning. It is important to find out the accelerated wear root cause, as well, as to ensure appropriate lubricating the contact areas of the retaining rings surfaces with support pads/filler bars, etc. In order to decrease the support rollers bearings it is necessary to correctly determine kiln axial force on rollers and regulate their position correctly.
