New standard for well Portland cement materials

GOST 1581­2019 "Well Portland cements. Specifications" will come into effect on January 1, 2022 in Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Early application is possible in 2021. The new standard took several years to prepare engaging scientific and technical departments of largest players in the cement market. The document is in line with the API SPEC 10A standard in terms of requirements to the chemical composition of cement, test methods, etc.
