With the purpose of drastically reducing production costs while maintaining the volume. The financial success of the project is largely related to the effective use of legacy equipment in the new line, combined with topnotch, efficient dry process technology. The company assured its target KPI values: clinker production cost was down by 26%, heat energy consumption by 21%, CO2 emissions by 17%. Heat substitution rate of substituted municipal solid waste reached 80%. The new line has considerable future upside potential to help further improve the production process.Author: P. Babelewski |
