Strengthening of cement by the introduction of fine mineral additives
The examined fine mineral additives introduced into Portland cement increase the strength of cement both during its hardening in standard conditions and after heat and moisture treatment. The optimum content of fine diopside is 7%, fine limestone - 1-3%, combined additive (with the limestone: diopside ratio 1: 2) - 7% of the weight of Portland cement.Author: L.V. Ilyina, N.O.
