Use of technogenic products for energy saving in the production of Portland cement clinker

It is proposed to intensify clinker formation in the pro-duction of Portland cement to use the slurry from neutralization stations at chemical plants after neutral-ization of acidic effluents from mineral acid production facilities. This slurry introduced into the cement raw mix in an amount up to 1% wt. will reduce the clinker burning temperature to 1380 °C while maintaining the quality of the obtained cement.
