Pulse nozzle systems for controlling bulk material buildup and hanging up in bins

Pneumotech pulse nozzle systems are produced by OOO Pneumotech. The company staff carries out all work on design, set-up, installation and commissioning. Pneumotech technology is a programmed system of pressurized air supply to the surge tank, allowing to eliminate hang-up of bulk materials in bins and other process equipment. Benefits of these systems include low pressurized air consumption, ease of maintenance, reliability and stability. The controller can be individually configured for different algorithms, depending on the process specifics of the plant. Despite the novelty of the technology, Pneumotech systems are used ex-tensively in various plants in the cement industry as well as in metallurgy.
