Intrinsic deformations of cement-ash stone
The aim of the research was to study the influence of high calcium ash (HCA) of thermal power plants of different composition and properties on deformation of cement-ash stone hardening in the autoclave with steaming under a pressure of 2.1 MPa. Statistically significant one-, two- and three-parameter models of interrelation of brick deformations with changes in the composition of HCA have been established. The highest correlation coefficients are observed for deformation dependences on the content of free lime, free magnesium oxide and sulfuric anhydride when they are jointly present in ash. A method of identifying ashes presenting a hazard of destruction and selecting the optimum compositions of ash materials is proposed.Author: G.I. Ovcharenko, E.Y. Khizhinkova |
