Regulatory framework for cement production in the Russian Federation: state and prospects

The article discusses the issues of further development and improvement of the regulatory framework for cement production in the Russian Federation. The need to prevent unjustified prolongation of the terms during which standards are considered and approved is noted. It is emphasized that the provisions of new regulatory documents, comments and proposals on them should be substantiated by the results of scientific research and experience in the use of a particular product in construction, and also carefully discussed by cement specialists. The level and stability of the quality of manufactured cements depend on adhering to this principle.
