New production process at the plants of Vostokcement group of companies

A new combined method of cement clinker production practiced at two plants of Vostokñement group of companies, Teploozerskñement and Yakutñement, is described. The raw material supplied by two separate streams: sludge and raw meal, is burnt in a rotary kiln of the wet production method. Using the new production method with an optimum arrangement of the raw material streams fed into the kiln allows to achieve performance indicators close to those of the traditional combined method.
