Super strong fiber concrete as an additional reinforcement layer in flexural reinforced concrete elements

The article describes a new effective technology of strengthening reinforced concrete bridge structures by means of an added layer (added top layer, ATL) made of superstrong fiber concrete (SSFC). The results of the experimental study of samples with ATL in bending before their destruction are given. The actual values of the degree of strengthening of flexural reinforced concrete structures with the ATL located in both the compressed and tensile zones have been established.
