Stepwise modernization of the grinding section

The article presents recommendations of OOO Cemservice related to stage-by-stage upgrading of the cement grinding section and describes the practical experience gained in the process. Such upgrading of grinding equipment allows to increase its production rate, reduce specific energy consumption, and improve the competitiveness of manufactured products. In order to identify areas of optimization of the manufacturing process, a technical inspection of the cement grinding section is carried out. When cement is ground in an open cycle, it is most effective to convert the equipment to a closed cycle.
