Use of machine learning for stabilization of gas supply to the kiln

The article deals with the experience of using machine learning to stabilize the supply of gas fuel to a rotary clinker kiln. The mathematical model has been constructed of the dependence of the load on the main drive of the kiln on the volumetric flow rate of gas. On the basis of this model a recommendation system was developed, which enables the kiln operator to regulate the fuel consumption more effectively.
