Features of grinding in a vortex layer apparatus
Increasing the technical and economic indicators of manufactured products is an urgent task of modern construction. In this work, 3 stages of the state of the surface of the crushed substance during mechanical activation in the vortex layer apparatus are identified. It was revealed that the heat of wetting of the “crystalline quartz-water” system obtained after processing in a vortex layer apparatus is linear and depends on the amount of energy supplied during the mechanical activation of quartz: with an increase in the amount of supplied energy, the heat of wetting of the recorded system increases proportionally. A technological scheme for the production of concrete mixture with a mechanical activation section has been developed. The operating modes of the vortex layer apparatus at different rotation frequencies and magnetic field induction, which affect the grade strength of the resulting structural columns, have been determined.Author: R.A.
