Digital transformation as a basis for continuous improvement of production

The article describes the potential for improving the efficiency of production associated with its digital transformation. The features of individual components of the process of transition to digital production are described. It is emphasized that the source of optimization is in the following: digital solutions relieve the personnel of production companies from routine functions and expand the opportunities for them to perform tasks that require intellectual input.
