ITS 6—2024: indicative industry performance highlights of greenhouse gas emissions in cement production
The information on the levels of target indicative industry performance highlights of greenhouse gas emissions at cement production facilities as established in the information and technical BAT reference book ITS 6-2024 “Cement Production” is given. The methods of reducing CO2 emission used at the plants of CEMENTUM are described, including enhancement of energy efficiency of production, manufacturing of cements with a lower share of clinker, use of alternative fuels and raw materials, etc.
