Experimental study of strength and deformation characteristics of concrete made using additive technologies
The article presents the results of an experimental study on determining the strength and deformation characteristics of concrete manufactured using additive technologies. The tests of 3D-concrete were performed to determine the compressive strength, compressive modulus of elasticity, tensile strength in splitting along the generatrix of the cylinder, shear strength, and to construct a deformation diagram for compression. The tests were performed on cylinder samples taken from a 3D-printed structure. To obtain characteristics in three directions relative to the printing seam, cores were taken from printed slab samples in three mutually perpendicular directions. Coefficients were used to normalize strength and account for the scale effect in accordance with current regulatory documentation.
