Magma-Cement plant: experience in an EPC project

The article describes the construction project for the Magma-Cement plant in the Republic of Mordovia. OOO Sinoma Rus, whose parent company is Si-noma CBMI Construction Co., Lta. (PRC), acted as the contractor for the EPC (Engineering, Procure-ment, and Construction) project. Basic and detailed engineering designs were developed for the project, a complete equipment package, including the main process equipment, auxiliary systems, and laboratory equipment, was manufactured, and its turnkey delivery was completed. Construction and installation were also completed, including the installation of the main building structures, process equipment, and utility systems. Comprehensive testing, completed as soon as possible after the plant's commissioning, confirmed its guaranteed performance.
