A dynamic weighing system for control of product shipments at cement plants
The Russian cement industry is currently facing the challenge of accelerated modernization and implementation of automated systems for accurate commercial metering of finished products. A dynamic weighing system from the Russian manufacturer NPP METRA allows for increased automation and accuracy of commercial metering at cement plants, while reducing dependence on imported technologies
The article examines the key technical and metro-logical characteristics of the new process equipment - a dynamic weighing system. The equipment is designed for dynamic weighing of products, bags of cement weighing 25-50 kg, and for weight control within a specified range. The system is integrated into the process line, thereby becoming part of the cement plant's production process. This equipment enables automated weight control during finished product shipment and significantly improves the efficiency of cement plants.
