Key results of housing construction in 2018

The largest volume of residential buildings construction was carried out in the Moscow region. It amounted to 13.5% of the total housing area in Russia commissioned in 2018.

More than half of the total area of residential buildings commissioned in Russia in 2018 is accounted for by 13 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

However, the volume of residential buildings commissioned in H1 2018 declined in comparison to H1 2017 by:
41.2% in St. Petersburg
27.9% in the Krasnodar Krai
14, 4% in the Republic of Bashkortostan
12.7% in Moscow
