A new cement plant was launched in Andijan region

A new cement plant, constructed together with Chinese investors, was inaugurated in Bulakbashi district of Andijan region (Uzbekistan).

The plant is expected to produce approximately 2.5 million tons of cement per year (6,000 tons per day).

Part of the production will be exported. The expected export volume is $10 million.

Thanks to this project 750 jobs have been created. A total of 74 hectares of land has been allocated for the plant.
