Atomstroykompleks is switching to a more environmentally friendly method of quarrying

The company's fleet of equipment has been replenished: a combined machine has been purchased to work in the quarries. The combined machine has three operating modes, including automatic. For which, the machine is equipped with a 3D GPS system. Commissioning and personnel training is currently being carried out by representatives invited to Sysert of the Italian manufacturer of the unit.

The purchase of a new unit will allow us to switch to a more environmentally friendly method of developing a quarry where limestone is mined, commented Viktor Ermolaev, director of the Izvest Sysert plant. –Near the quarry there is a power line and a gas pipeline.

Using the combined machine will make the limestone mining process completely safe, avoiding the drilling and blasting method of working in the field. Moreover, the combined machine allows to obtain raw materials in the form in which they can be immediately loaded into the grinding mill. Thanks to this, we bypass the stage of preparation of raw materials, which means we optimize production time and save labor resources.

Atomstroykompleks is the largest construction holding in the Ural region. For more than 26 years, the company has been creating an urban environment and living space. The holding has 12 own plants for the production of building materials.
